Work with a coach towards your goal of weight loss, weight gain, or sports performance. We offer multiple packages that work with your schedule and budget.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.

CrossFit Kids programs can be found in over 1,800 gyms and more than 1,000 schools worldwide.

CrossFit®

CrossFit® classes are one hour in length and consist of an organized warm up, movement instruction, coach led workout, and an organized cool down. All of our workouts are scaleable to any fitness level and are led by experienced coaches. The aim of CrossFit® is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. In sum, the specialty is not specializing. A regimen of constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity in a communal environment leads to optimal health and fitness.

Weightlifting Team

The Weightlifting Team is a training group where the Olympic Weightlifting movements (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) are taught, analyzed, and performed.  This is a group that is open to anyone interested in learning and perfecting these lifts, and the accessory movements that support them.  There is no pre-requisite for this club or these training sessions.  All that is necessary is the desire to learn the Olympic Lifts, and to work hard.  Programming for all levels will be provided, however lifters are free to work on any skill that they feel necessary.

Olympic lifts are excellent for developing power, strength and flexibility, and therefore are an excellent adjunct to CrossFit® or general athletic development in sport.

This club will also help those interested in Weightlifting competition to properly prepare for different events year-round.  We train 5 days each week and times vary.  Please check the calendar to see which time works best for you.
