A Native of Wisconsin, Trevor came to North Carolina to pursue his education at Campbell University. During the Open in 2015, Trevor got his first taste of CrossFit at CrossFit 007 in Lillington, NC. He discovered a love of health and fitness which lead him to become a genuine student of CrossFit. He consistently spent long hours in and out of the gym perfecting his own movement and skill. CrossFit 007 Head Coach, Christina Colvin, quickly saw his attention to detail and, willingness to help others, so she began fine-tuning his leadership skills. Today, Trevor is a passionate Coach with a strong work ethic and, contributes his energy and enthusiasm to every class he coaches. He came to Pathway in the Fall of 2016, where has earned the title of Head Coach. Trevor brings his whole heart to the gym every day while inspiring athletes to "Be the Best You," with his "Can Do" and "Never Quit" attitude.

Sherri began her CrossFit training in 2011. She quickly developed an intense passion to be the best athlete she could possibly become. The comradery of the CrossFit Community accelerated her passion to assist others to reach their fitness goals. Sherri enhanced her knowledge by obtaining L1 Certificate in 2012 and L2 Trainer in 2018. Her dedication led her to become a Regional Athlete in the CrossFit Open for both 2018 and 2019.Sherri has also trained in the discipline of Tae Kwon Do, receiving a Black Belt. When she is not touring on her Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe, she is checking in at other boxes while touring the globe with her husband, Fred.
